Even　as　it　is　meet　for　me　to　think　this　of　you　all；　because　I　have　you　in　my　heart；　inasmuch　as　both　in　my　bonds；　and　in　the　defence　and　confirmation　of　the　gospel；　ye　all　are　partakers　of　my　grace。
1：8我体会基督耶稣的心肠，切切的想念你们众人。这是神可以给我作见证的。
For　God　is　my　record；　how　greatly　I　long　after　you　all　in　the　bowels　of　Jesus　Christ。
1：9我所祷告的，就是要你们的爱心，在知识和各样见识上，多而又多。
And　this　I　pray；　that　your　love　may　abound　yet　more　and　more　in　knowledge　and　in　all　judgment；
1：10使你们能分别是非，（或作喜爱那美好的事）作诚实无过的人，直到基督的日子。
That　ye　may　approve　things　that　are　excellent；　that　ye　may　be　sincere　and　without　offence　till　the　day　of　Christ；
1：11并靠着耶稣基督结满了仁义的果子，叫荣耀称赞归与神。
Being　filled　with　the　fruits　of　righteousness；　which　are　by　Jesus　Christ；　unto　the　glory　and　praise　of　God。
1：12弟兄们，我愿意你们知道，我所遭遇的事，更是叫福音兴旺。
But　I　would　ye　should　understand；　brethren；　that　the　things　which　happened　unto　me　have　fallen　out　rather　unto　the　furtherance　of　the　gospel；
1：13以致我受的捆锁，在御营全军，和其馀的人中，已经显明是为基督的缘故。
So　that　my　bonds　in　Christ　are　manifest　in　all　the　palace；　and　in　all　other　places；
1：14并且那在主里的弟兄，多半因我受的捆锁，就笃信不疑，越发放胆传神的道，无所惧怕。
And　many　of　the　brethren　in　the　Lord；　waxing　confident　by　my　bonds；　are　much　more　bold　to　speak　the　word　without　fear。
1：15有的传基督，是出于嫉妒分争。也有的是出于好意。
Some　indeed　preach　Christ　even　of　envy　and　strife；　and　some　also　of　good　will：
1：16这一等是出于爱心，知道我是为辩明福音设立的。
The　one　preach　Christ　of　contention；　not　sincerely；　supposing　to　add　affliction　to　my　bonds：
1：17那一等传基督是出于结党，并不诚实，意思要加增我捆锁的苦楚。
But　the　other　of　love；　knowing　that　I　am　set　for　the　defence　of　the　gospel。
1：18这有何防呢。或是假意，或是真心，无论怎样，基督究竟被传开了。为此我就欢喜，并且还要欢喜。
What　then？　notwithstanding；　every　way；　whether　in　pretence；　or　in　truth；　Christ　is　preached；　and　I　therein　do　rejoice；　yea；　and　will　rejoice。
1：19因为我知道这事藉着你们的祈祷，和耶稣基督之灵的帮助，终必叫我得救。
For　I　know　that　this　shall　turn　to　my　salvation　through　your　prayer；　and　the　supply　of　the　Spirit　of　Jesus　Christ；
1：20照着我所切慕所盼望的，没有一事教我羞愧，只要凡事放胆。无论是生，是死，总叫基督在我身上照常显大。
According　to　my　earnest　expectation　and　my　hope；　that　in　nothing　I　shall　be　ashamed；　but　that　with　all　boldness；　as　always；　so　now　also　Christ　shall　be　magnified　in　my　body；　whether　it　be　by　life；　or　by　death。
1：21因我活着就是基督，我死了就有益处。
For　to　me　to　live　is　Christ；　and　to　die　is　gain。
1：22但我在肉身活着，若成就我工夫的果子，我就不知道该挑选什么。
But　if　I　live　in　the　flesh；　this　is　the　fruit　of　my　labour：　yet　what　I　shall　choose　I　wot　not。
1：23我正在两难之间，情愿离世与基督同在。因为这是好得无比的。
For　I　am　in　a　strait　betwixt　two；　having　a　desire　to　depart；　and　to　be　with　Christ；　which　is　far　better：
1：24然而我在肉身活着，为你们更是要紧的。
Nevertheless　to　abide　in　the　flesh　is　more　needful　for　you。
1：25我既然这样深信，就知道仍要住在世间，且与你们众人同住，使你们腓01：25）在所信的道上。又长进又喜乐。
And　having　this　confidence；　I　know　that　I　shall　abide　and　continue　with　you　all　for　your　furtherance　and　joy　of　faith；
1：26叫你们在基督耶稣里的欢乐，因我再到你们那里去，就越发加增。
That　your　rejoicing　may　be　more　abundant　in　Jesus　Christ　for　me　by　my　ing　to　you　again。
1：27只要你们行事为人与基督的福音相称。叫我或来见你们，或不在你们那里，可以听见你们的景况，知道你们同有一个心志，站立得稳，为所信的福音齐心努力。
Only　let　your　conversation　be　as　it　beeth　the　gospel　of　Christ：　that　whether　I　e　and　see　you；　or　else　be　absent；　I　may　hear　of　your　affairs；　that　ye　stand　fast　in　one　spirit；　with　one　mind　striving　together　for　the　faith　of　the　gospel；
1：28凡事不怕敌人的惊吓。这是证明他们沉沦，你们得救，都是出于神。
And　in　nothing　terrified　by　your　adversaries：　which　is　to　them　an　evident　token　of　perdition；　but　to　you　of　salvation；　and　that　of　God。
1：29因为你们蒙恩，不但得以信服基督，并要为他受苦。
For　unto　you　it　is　given　in　the　behalf　of　Christ；　not　only　to　believe　on　him；　but　also　to　suffer　for　his　sake；
1：30你们的争战，就与你们在我身上从前所看见，现在所听见的一样。
Having　the　same　conflict　which　ye　saw　in　me；　and　now　hear　to　be　in　me。

2：1所以在基督里若有什么劝勉，爱心有什么安慰，圣灵有什么交通，心中有什么慈悲怜悯，
If　there　be　therefore　any　consolation　in　Christ；　if　any　fort　of　love；　if　any　fellowship　of　the　Spirit；　if　any　bowels　and　mercies；
2：2你们就要意念相同，爱心相同，有一样的心思，有一样的意念，使我们的喜乐可以满足。
Fulfil　ye　my　joy；　that　ye　be　likeminded；　having　the　same　love；　being　of　one　accord；　of　one　mind。
2：3凡事不可结党，不可贪图虚浮的荣耀。只要存心谦卑，各人看别人比自己强。
Let　nothing　be　done　through　strife　or　vainglory；　but　in　lowliness　of　mind　let　each　esteem　other　better　than　themselves。
2：4各人不要单顾自己的事，也要顾别人的事。
Look　not　every　man　on　his　own　things；　but　every　man　also　on　the　things　of　others。
2：5你们当以基督耶稣的心为心。
Let　this　mind　be　in　you；　which　was　also　in　Christ　Jesus：
2：6他本有神的行像，不以自己与神同等为强夺的。
Who；　being　in　the　form　of　God；　thought　it　not　robbery　to　be　equal　with　God：
2：7凡倒虚己，取了奴仆的形像，成为人的样式。
But　made　himself　of　no　reputation；　and　took　upon　him　the　form　of　a　servant；　and　was　made　in　the　likeness　of　men：
2：8既有人的样子，就自己卑微，存心顺服，以至于死，且死在十字架上。
And　being　found　in　fashion　as　a　man；　he　humbled　himself；　and　became　obedient　unto　death；　even　the　death　of　the　cross。
2：9所以神将他升为至高，又赐给他那超乎万名之上的名，
Wherefore　God　also　hath　highly　exalted　him；　and　given　him　a　name　which　is　above　every　name：
2：10叫一切在天上的，地上的，和地底下的，因耶稣的名，无不屈膝，
That　at　the　name　of　Jesus　every　knee　should　bow；　of　things　in　heaven；　and　things　in　earth；　and　things　under　the　earth；
2：11无不口称耶稣基督为主，使荣耀归与父神。
And　that　every　tongue　should　confess　that　Jesus　Christ　is　Lord；　to　the　glory　of　God　the　Father。
2：12这样看来，我亲爱的弟兄你们既是常顺服的，不但我在你们那里，就是我如今不在你们那里，更是顺服的，就当恐惧战兢，作成你们得救的工夫。
Wherefore；　my　beloved；　as　ye　have　always　obeyed；　not　as　in　my　presence　only；　but　now　much　more　in　my　absence；　work　out　your　own　salvation　with　fear　and　trembling。
2：13因为你们立志行事，都是神在你们心里运行，为要成就他的美意。
For　it　is　God　which　worketh　in　you　both　to　will　and　to　do　of　his　good　pleasure。
2：14凡所行的，都不要发怨言，起争论，
Do　all　things　without　murmurings　and　disputings：
2：15使你们无可指摘，诚实无伪，在这弯曲悖谬的世代，作神无瑕无疵的儿女。你们显在这世代中，好像明光照耀，
That　ye　may　be　blameless　and　harmless；　the　sons　of　God；　without　rebuke；　in　the　midst　of　a　crooked　and　perverse　nation；　among　whom　ye　shine　as　lights　in　the　world；
2：16将生命的道表明出来，叫我在基督的日子，好夸我没有空跑，也没有徒劳。
Holding　forth　the　word　of　life；　that　I　may　rejoice　in　the　day　of　Christ；　that　I　have　not　run　in　vain；　neither　laboured　in　vain。
2：17我以你们的信心为供献的祭物。我若被浇奠在其上，也是喜乐，并且与你们众人一同喜乐。
Yea；　and　if　I　be　offered　upon　the　sacrifice　and　service　of　your　faith；　I　joy；　and　rejoice　with　you　all。
2：18你们也要照样喜乐，并且与我一同喜乐。
For　the　same　cause　also　do　ye　joy；　and　rejoice　with　me。
2：19我靠主耶稣指望快打发提摩太去见你们，叫我知道你们的事，心里就得着安慰。
But　I　trust　in　the　Lord　Jesus　to　send　Timotheus　shortly　unto　you；　that　I　also　may　be　of　good　fort；　when　I　know　your　state。
2：20因为我没有别人与我同心，实在挂念你们的事。
For　I　have　no　man　likeminded；　who　will　naturally　care　for　your　state。
2：21别人都求自己的事，并不求耶稣基督的事。
For　all　seek　their　own；　not　the　things　which　are　Jesus　Christ's。
2：22但你们知道提摩太的明证，他兴旺福音与我同劳，待我像儿子待父亲一样。
But　ye　know　the　proof　of　him；　that；　as　a　son　with　the　father；　he　hath　served　with　me　in　the　gospel。
2：23所以我一看出我的事要怎样了结，就盼望立刻打发他去。
Him　therefore　I　hope　to　send　presently；　so　soon　as　I　shall　see　how　it　will　go　with　me。
2：24但我靠着主，自信我也必快去。
But　I　trust　in　the　Lord　that　I　also　myself　shall　e　shortly。
2：25然而我想必须打发以巴弗提到你们那里去。他是我的兄弟，与我一同作工，一同当兵，是你们所差遣的，也是供给我需用的。
Yet　I　supposed　it　necessary　to　send　to　you　Epaphroditus；　my　brother；　and　panion　in　labour；　and　fellowsoldier；　but　your　messenger；　and　he　that　ministered　to　my　wants。
2：26他很想念你们众人，并且极其难过，因为你们听见他病了。
For　he　longed　after　you　all；　and　was　full　of　heaviness；　because　that　ye　had　heard　that　he　had　been　sick。
2：27他实在是病了，几乎要死。然而神怜悯他，不但怜悯他，也怜悯我，免得我忧上加忧。
For　indeed　he　was　sick　nigh　unto　death：　but　God　had　mercy　on　him；　and　not　on　him　only；　but　on　me　also；　lest　I　should　have　sorrow　upon　sorrow。
2：28所以我越发急速打发他去，叫你们再见他，就可以喜乐，我也可以少些忧愁。
I　sent　him　therefore　the　more　carefully；　that；　when　ye　see　him　again；　ye　may　rejoice；　and　that　I　may　be　the　less　sorrowful。
2：29故此你们要在主里欢欢乐乐的接待他。而且要尊重这样的人。
Receive　him　therefore　in　the　Lord　with　all　gla
