肆、事业愿景
一、缘起
想象过这样的情况吗？
身为一个公司主管，你必须在明天中午前到达美国分公司与当地经理开会，所以你必须在今天中午前搭上飞机，经过12个小时的飞行后准时到达美国，好不容易在五点会议结束，你又必须匆匆忙忙的再搭乘飞机前往下一个开会地点开会（或许在加拿大、在香港、在任何地方），这样一趟会议可能花费你2…3天的时间，但是真正开会时间却只有半天时间而已，很多宝贵的时间都浪费在飞行上（交通时间）。
　　由于科技的发达，各行各业竞争越演越烈，商机瞬息万变，无论是大企业集团或中小企业都无不感叹「时间就是金钱」。随着市场开放、产业外移、通路缩短，各分公司间强烈表达面对面沟通的效益。在此两难情况下，视讯会议，一个新时代的产物，充分解决此一困境：只要时间一到，直接开启视讯会议设备，就可以和各分公司沟通、开会，节省掉不必要的交通时间，将这些时间做更有效的应用，例如：完成其它工作，让你准时下班与家人共进晚餐，想想这不是很美妙吗？
　　
二、颠覆传统的新世代产物
　　所谓的视讯会议是指：可以让远距相隔的两方能够以虚空间真实相会的方式，进行实时面对面的交谈，并且同时进行文件检视、编辑及资料共享与传递，它完全颠覆传统会议进行方式—群集某一地点、面对面进行会议。
　　视讯会议设备包括三个主要部分：声音、影像、传输，就本公司而言，我们主要的焦点集中在声音部分，本公司的研发团队主要来自于交大实验室，目前已结合「麦克风数组理论」发展出一套能够自行追踪声源的技术，透过这项技术，我们欲解决视讯会议中追踪声源的困扰，最终欲达到在吵杂的会议厅明确追踪发言人的声音，并且将背景声音（杂音）去除，清晰地纪录下发言内容。此外，本公司亦欲将此技术与其它设备结合，以做更广泛的运用，例如：摄影机（影像）在追踪声源的过程中准确无误的将影像拍摄下来，经过软件的处理，由传输媒介（ISDN、网络）将高品质的声音、影像传输到另一端，产生C3效果，达到本公司的企业使命：便利空间超级链接。
　　
三、声音领域中的NO。1
本公司拥有两项核心能耐，一是人才、一是技术。在人才方面，我们的成员皆来自于国内一流大学，且各有其专精的领域；在技术方面，「麦克风数组理论」所发展出的声源追踪技术是我们的核心。未来，在研发不断的投入下，我们期望技术能不断蓄积、精进，最后在声音技术上居于一个领导的地位；同时，欲能进一步将此技术做更广泛的商业化应用，包括在各类型的视讯会议、电话会议、声音纯化系统、环场音效系统等，以及SOHO族、家庭、录音机等各领域，期望在经营团队的努力，使本公司成为此一领域中的NO。1。


伍、产品概念与核心技术
一、核心技术概述
　　本公司的核心技术麦克风数组技术，主要运用数组讯号处理原理。数组讯号处理的概念在以一散布在空间中的感应器数组撷取讯号的空间特性（讯号源的方向、远近等），针对所撷取到讯号的空间特性进行挑选讯号（滤波）的动作。透过这项技术的运用，我们可以有效收集声音来源，并确实找出声音所在的方向，且可以持续追踪及播放目标声源，同时可以降低其它方向的声源以免
