11：16恩德的妇女得尊荣。强暴的男子得赀财。
A　gracious　woman　retaineth　honour：　and　strong　men　retain　riches。
11：17仁慈的人，善待自己。残忍的人，扰害己身。
The　merciful　man　doeth　good　to　his　own　soul：　but　he　that　is　cruel　troubleth　his　own　flesh。
11：18恶人经营，得虚浮的工价。撒义种的，得实在的果效。
The　wicked　worketh　a　deceitful　work：　but　to　him　that　soweth　righteousness　shall　be　a　sure　reward。
11：19恒心为义的，必得生命。追求邪恶的，必致死亡。
As　righteousness　tendeth　to　life：　so　he　that　pursueth　evil　pursueth　it　to　his　own　death。
11：20心中乖僻的，为耶和华所憎恶。行事完全的，为他所喜悦。
They　that　are　of　a　froward　heart　are　abomination　to　the　LORD：　but　such　as　are　upright　in　their　way　are　his　delight。
11：21恶人虽然连手，必不免受罚。义人的后裔，必得拯救。
Though　hand　join　in　hand；　the　wicked　shall　not　be　unpunished：　but　the　seed　of　the　righteous　shall　be　delivered。
11：22妇女美貌而无见识，如同金环带在猪鼻上。
As　a　jewel　of　gold　in　a　swine's　snout；　so　is　a　fair　woman　which　is　without　discretion。
11：23义人的心愿，尽得好处。恶人的指望，致干忿怒。
The　desire　of　the　righteous　is　only　good：　but　the　expectation　of　the　wicked　is　wrath。
11：24有施散的，却更增添。有吝惜过度的，反致穷乏。
There　is　that　scattereth；　and　yet　increaseth；　and　there　is　that　withholdeth　more　than　is　meet；　but　it　tendeth　to　poverty。
11：25好施舍的，必得丰裕。滋润人的，必得滋润。
The　liberal　soul　shall　be　made　fat：　and　he　that　watereth　shall　be　watered　also　himself。
11：26屯粮不卖的，民必咒诅他。情愿出卖的，人必为他祝福。
He　that　withholdeth　corn；　the　people　shall　curse　him：　but　blessing　shall　be　upon　the　head　of　him　that　selleth　it。
11：27恳切求善的，就求得恩惠。惟独求恶的，恶必临到他身。
He　that　diligently　seeketh　good　procureth　favour：　but　he　that　seeketh　mischief；　it　shall　e　unto　him。
11：28依仗自己财物的，必跌倒。义人必发旺如青叶。
He　that　trusteth　in　his　riches　shall　fall；　but　the　righteous　shall　flourish　as　a　branch。
11：29扰害己家的，必承受清风。愚昧人必作慧心人的仆人。
He　that　troubleth　his　own　house　shall　inherit　the　wind：　and　the　fool　shall　be　servant　to　the　wise　of　heart。
11：30义人所结的果子，就是生命树。有智慧的必能得人。
The　fruit　of　the　righteous　is　a　tree　of　life；　and　he　that　winneth　souls　is　wise。
11：31看哪，义人在世尚且受报，何况恶人和罪人呢。
Behold；　the　righteous　shall　be　repensed　in　the　earth：　much　more　the　wicked　and　the　sinner。

12：1喜爱管教的，就是喜爱知识。恨恶责备的，却是畜类。
Whoso　loveth　instruction　loveth　knowledge：　but　he　that　hateth　reproof　is　brutish。
12：2善人必蒙耶和华的嗯惠。设诡计的人，耶和华必定他得罪。
A　good　man　obtaineth　favour　of　the　LORD：　but　a　man　of　wicked　devices　will　he　condemn。
12：3人靠恶行不能坚立。义人的根，必不动摇。
A　man　shall　not　be　established　by　wickedness：　but　the　root　of　the　righteous　shall　not　be　moved。
12：4才德的妇人，是丈夫的冠冕。贻羞的妇人，如同朽烂在他丈夫的骨中。
A　virtuous　woman　is　a　crown　to　her　husband：　but　she　that　maketh　ashamed　is　as　rottenness　in　his　bones。
12：5义人的思念是公平。恶人的计谋是诡诈。
The　thoughts　of　the　righteous　are　right：　but　the　counsels　of　the　wicked　are　deceit。
12：6恶人的言论，是埋伏流人的血。正直人的口，必拯救人。
The　words　of　the　wicked　are　to　lie　in　wait　for　blood：　but　the　mouth　of　the　upright　shall　deliver　them。
12：7恶人倾覆，归于无有。义人的家，必站得住。
The　wicked　are　overthrown；　and　are　not：　but　the　house　of　the　righteous　shall　stand。
12：8人必按自己的智慧被称赞。心中乖谬的，必被藐视。
A　man　shall　be　mended　according　to　his　wisdom：　but　he　that　is　of　a　perverse　heart　shall　be　despised。
12：9被人轻贱，却有仆人，强如自尊，缺少食物。
He　that　is　despised；　and　hath　a　servant；　is　better　than　he　that　honoureth　himself；　and　lacketh　bread。
12：10义人顾惜他牲畜的命。恶人的怜悯，也是残忍。
A　righteous　man　regardeth　the　life　of　his　beast：　but　the　tender　mercies　of　the　wicked　are　cruel。
12：11耕种自己田地的，必得饱食。追随虚浮的，却是无知。
He　that　tilleth　his　land　shall　be　satisfied　with　bread：　but　he　that　followeth　vain　persons　is　void　of　understanding。
12：12恶人想得坏人的网罗。义人的根，得以结实。
The　wicked　desireth　the　net　of　evil　men：　but　the　root　of　the　righteous　yieldeth　fruit。
12：13恶人嘴中的过错，是自己的网罗。但义人必脱离患难。
The　wicked　is　snared　by　the　transgression　of　his　lips：　but　the　just　shall　e　out　of　trouble。
12：14人因口所结的果子，必饱得美福。人手所作的，必为自己的报应。
A　man　shall　be　satisfied　with　good　by　the　fruit　of　his　mouth：　and　the　repence　of　a　man's　hands　shall　be　rendered　unto　him。
12：15愚妄人所行的，在自己的眼中看为正直。惟智慧人，肯听人的劝教。
The　way　of　a　fool　is　right　in　his　own　eyes：　but　he　that　hearkeneth　unto　counsel　is　wise。
12：16愚妄人的恼怒，立时显露。通达人能忍辱藏羞。
A　fool's　wrath　is　presently　known：　but　a　prudent　man　covereth　shame。
12：17说出真话的，显明公义。作假见证的，显出诡诈。
He　that　speaketh　truth　sheweth　forth　righteousness：　but　a　false　witness　deceit。
12：18说话浮躁的，如刀刺人。智慧人的舌头，却为医人的良药。
There　is　that　speaketh　like　the　piercings　of　a　sword：　but　the　tongue　of　the　wise　is　health。
12：19口吐真言，永远坚立。舌说谎话，只存片时。
The　lip　of　truth　shall　be　established　for　ever：　but　a　lying　tongue　is　but　for　a　moment。
12：20图谋恶事的，心存诡诈。劝人和睦的，便得喜乐。
Deceit　is　in　the　heart　of　them　that　imagine　evil：　but　to　the　counsellors　of　peace　is　joy。
12：21义人不遭灾害恶人满受祸患。
There　shall　no　evil　happen　to　the　just：　but　the　wicked　shall　be　filled　with　mischief。
12：22说谎言的嘴，为耶和华所憎恶。行事诚实的，为他所喜悦。
Lying　lips　are　abomination　to　the　LORD：　but　they　that　deal　truly　are　his　delight。
12：23通达人隐藏知识。愚昧人的心，彰显愚昧。
A　prudent　man　concealeth　knowledge：　but　the　heart　of　fools　proclaimeth　foolishness。
12：24殷勤人的手必掌权。懒惰的人必服苦。
The　hand　of　the　diligent　shall　bear　rule：　but　the　slothful　shall　be　under　tribute。
12：25人心忧虑，屈而不伸。一句良言，使心欢乐。
Heaviness　in　the　heart　of　man　maketh　it　stoop：　but　a　good　word　maketh　it　glad。
12：26义人引导他的邻舍。恶人的道，叫人失迷。
The　righteous　is　more　excellent　than　his　neighbour：　but　the　way　of　the　wicked　seduceth　them。
12：27懒惰的人，不烤打猎所得的。殷勤的人，却得宝贵的财物。
The　slothful　man　roasteth　not　that　which　he　took　in　hunting：　but　the　substance　of　a　diligent　man　is　precious。
12：28在公义的道上有生命。其路之中，并无死亡。
In　the　way　of　righteousness　is　life：　and　in　the　pathway　thereof　there　is　no　death。

13：1智慧子听父亲的教训。亵慢人不听责备。
A　wise　son　heareth　his　father's　instruction：　but　a　scorner　heareth　not　rebuke。
13：2人因口所结的果子，必享美福。奸诈人必遭强暴。
A　man　shall　eat　good　by　the　fruit　of　his　mouth：　but　the　soul　of　the　transgressors　shall　eat　violence。
13：3谨守口的，得保生命。大张嘴的，必致败亡。
He　that　keepeth　his　mouth　keepeth　his　life：　but　he　that　openeth　wide　his　lips　shall　have　destruction。
13：4懒惰人羡慕，却无所得。殷勤人必得丰裕。
The　soul　of　the　sluggard　desireth；　and　hath　nothing：　but　the　soul　of　the　diligent　shall　be　made　fat。
13：5义人恨恶谎言。恶人有臭名，且致惭愧。
A　righteous　man　hateth　lying：　but　a　wicked　man　is　loathsome；　and　eth　to　shame。
13：6行为正直的，有公义保守。犯罪的被邪恶倾覆。
Righteousness　keepeth　him　that　is　upright　in　the　way：　but　wickedness　overthroweth　the　sinner。
13：7假作富足的，却一无所有。装作穷乏的，却广有财物。
There　is　that　maketh　himself　rich；　yet　hath　nothing：　there　is　that　maketh　himself　poor；　yet　hath　great　riches。
13：8人的赀财，是他生命的赎价。穷乏人却听不见威吓的话。
The　ransom　of　a　man's　life　are　his　riches：　but　the　poor　heareth　not　rebuke。
13：9义人的光明亮。（明亮原文作喜欢）恶人的灯要熄灭。
The　light　of　the　righteous　rejoiceth：　but　the　lamp　of　the　wicked　shall　be　put　out。
13：10骄傲只启争竞。听劝言的，却有智慧。
Only　by　pride　eth　contention：　but　with　the　well　advised　is　wisdom。
13：11不劳而得之财，必然消耗。勤劳积蓄的，必见加增。
Wealth　gotten　by　vanity　shall　be　diminished：　but　he　that　gathereth　by　labour　shall　increase。
13：12所盼望的迟延未得，令人心忧。所愿意的临到，却是生命树。
Hope　deferred　maketh　the　heart　sick：　but　when　the　desire　eth；　it　is　a　tree　of　life。
13：13藐视训言的，自取灭亡。敬畏诫命的，必得善报。
Whoso　despiseth　the　word　shall　be　destroyed：　but　he　that　feareth　the　mandment　shall　be　rewarded。
13：14智慧人的法则，（或作指教）是生命的泉源，可以使人离开死亡的网罗。
The　law　of　the　wise　is　a　fountain　of　life；　to　depart　from　the　snares　of　death。
13：15美好的聪明，使人蒙恩。奸诈人的道路，崎岖难行。
Good　understanding　giveth　favour：　but　the　way　of　transgressors　is　hard。
13：16凡通达人都凭知识行事。愚昧人张扬自己的愚昧。
Every　prudent　man　dealeth　with　knowledge：　but　a　fool　layeth　open　his　folly。
13：17奸恶的使者，必陷在祸患里。忠信的使臣，乃医人的良药。
A　wicked　messenger　falleth　into　mischief：　but　a　faithful　ambassador　is　health。
13：18弃绝教管的，必致贫受辱。领受责备的，必得尊荣。
Poverty　and　shame　shall　be　to　him　that　refuseth　instruction：　but　he　that　regardeth　reproof　shall　be　honoured。
13：19所欲的成就，心觉甘甜。远离恶事，为愚昧人所憎恶。
The　desire　acplished　is　sweet　to　the　soul：　but　it　is　abomination　to　fools　to　depart　from　evil。
